- Reduces total amount of impervious cover
- Requires less need for curbing and storm sewers
- Provides better traction in icy conditions than traditional asphalt
- Considered Best Management Practices (BMPs) recommended by the EPA for the management of stormwater runoff on a regional and local basis
- Pervious Pavement Allows Infiltration of Stormwater
- Pervious Pavement in winter months help reduce slush and slick surfaces
